"I just moved to Louisville after living in Tokyo for 4 years and happened to drive by and stop at this place. The employee (I believe Everett) was very kind, helpful, and passionate about fish. My wife and I ate sushi about once a week in Japan, so we were really excited to find this fish market. We bought some salmon and scallops and they were both delicious. Can't wait to come again!"

"Helped make my crab boil a success! The muscles in the crab boil where frozen because of the time of year but still did not disappoint. The muscles in the sauce pan where from earlier in the year and where fresh "live" omgoodness so yummy! This place is a one stop shop for everything you need."

They explained to me that they get the fish fresh EVERY MORNING… I told them what I wanted salmon and tuna for and the worker explained the different type of salmon for me. Long story short the people are very knowledgeable and willing to help. If your looking for Sashimi grade seafood this is your place!!!!"

"This market has been a sweet little find during Covid. I have purchased shrimp, fish, clams, and much more many times during the Pandemic.Anyway, Michael, the owner is so nice! He has spent large amounts of time helping me pick out seafood, discussing great ways to prepare it, and helps with dinner ideas! Although the pricing is a little expensive- its HIGH QUALITY, FRESH SEAFOOD. We all know safe, tasteful, fresh seafood is an investment.
