"We came for a trip to Louisville for 2 days, we tried lunch in this restaurant, The food was delicious. I tried manchow soup, crispy corn, pav bhaji, veg Jaipuri curry, laccha paratha, egg fried rice. My palette was really satisfied after eating over there. Crispy corn was not upto the mark, but remaining everything was amazing. Excellent service, atmosphere."

"I had the pleasure of dining at a Sankalp restaurant last week, and I must say it was one of the most amazing meals I have ever had. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. First of all, the ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. It was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The decor was tasteful and classy, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing and we felt at home, in India. Now, on to the food! The menu was vast and offered a lot of variety of South Indian and North Indian food. The dishes were authentic and flavorful, and the portions were just right. I especially loved the appetizers – the samosas were crispy and filled with delicious stuffing, and the pakoras were crispy and spicy, just the way I like them. Mysore Masala Dosa you was amazing, never had idlis so soft and fluffy. The Sambar and variety of chutneys, we’re out of the world. For my main course, I opted for the chicken tikka masala and it was just perfect - succulent pieces of chicken in a creamy tomato-based sauce, flavoured with aromatic spices. It was served with fluffy, buttery naan bread, and I enjoyed every bite. The service was on point too - our server was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The owner also stopped by our table to check on us, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this Indian restaurant to anyone in search of delicious food and excellent service. I will definitely be back!"

"had no idea this place opened up recently. It was perfect for a mid day lunch since a lot of places close between lunch and dinner. They helped us pick entrees, their menu is HUGE with an amazing selection. Everything we ordered was delicious!! Come with an appetite because it is filling. I wanted to keep eating more but was so full, have leftover I can't wait to enjoy. We will definitely be back soon. We also tried the mango yogurt drink they have pre-made in the counter by the register. they have ice cream as well, but didn't try it this time. decent size restaurant with lots of seating. Staff was very friendly!"
