"They don't even deserve 1 star! No one was at the counter! A couple of customers even rang the bell, but nothing! We had a mobile order and wondered if they were even open. Finally, our subs were made, and the guy finally appeared out of nowhere, and my meatball sub was terrible! It was all dried out and hard to eat! If we didn't take our food home, I would have gone up to the counter and rang that bell until your disappearing 1 employee would have remade my sandwich! I'm never going to this location ever again! Why don't you guys just shut it down if your 1 employee doesn't even want to work! You lost business!"
