Red Lobster

"This space looks clean and cozy. Waiters are nice. I spent $130. One lobster tail and couple shrimps were super bad with disgusting taste... I guess because of low quality control. Garlic sauce was unpleasant salty."

"The food was great as usual!, we try to always make it to the endless shrimp, which never disappoints. Our server was friendly and kept our drinks and shrimp refills coming to us!"

"The stuffed mushrooms didn’t taste the same and the cheddar bay biscuits don’t taste the same and are smaller. The atmosphere was good and clean. Our waitress was very nice. Checked on us several times and took good care of us. We did the unlimited shrimp, which is what I always get when I go there and it’s always good. It just seems like they’re trying to save a little money by making things a little smaller."

"I placed a takeout order because I refuse to pay Doordash and Uber Eats all that extra ridiculous money on top of a tip for them to never check my order so it's always wrong anyway. So, I go get my food and I check it every time before I leave at any restaurant now. They left out an entree, a side, and cheese for my 2 baked potatoes. One of my kids would not of had food if I didn't check. Imagine that conversation "We're eating Red Lobster but I stopped to get you McDonald's". I'm a good dad so I would have eaten the McDonald's but still it's the principle. So, when I went back in she gave me an a attitude when I told her about the missing food as if she didn't do anything wrong. Look at the photos of the cheese she gave me (granted I didn't think to check the cheese until I got home) but I guess I have to start checking that now as well. What the hell kind of world has this become? Every since Covid people have become incompetent. Not just over a cup of cheese but that is a huge slap in the face. That was $200 of my money I gave them for that kind of disrespect that should have never even happened in the first place if my order was right smh."

"We had a great experience. Did the endless shrimp special. We were able to get as many refills as we wanted, without feeling rushed or ignored. The food was hot and delicious. It was a little dark in the restaurant. Which some may enjoy, but I prefer a little more light. Overall a good experience with a very friendly server."
