"I went to the Jets pizza on Hubbards Lane & they never disappoint. The food was hot & fresh. The manager was absolutely amazing & polite. I am on Hurstbourne & have a Jets right across the street from me, but I choose to go out of my way to Hubbards Lane because the one by me is a downgrade for Jets Pizza establishments. The manager & all the employees are rude, and customer service is non-existent. The manager should lead by example to make sure his staff is fully trained. If you want good, fresh food with a smile & appreciation for your business, then Hubbards Lane is the one to go to."
