"This was indeed the worst service I've ever seen. I politely tried to explain to the girl at the counter that the ordering kiosk did not have a choice under combos for chicken nuggets. She insisted that I had to use the kiosk to order, and that they would not personally take my order at the counter. I've never been told that at any other restaurant I've been to. I decided that I was just going to leave, and a female and a couple of other employees started yelling "bye" and "get out" on my way out the door. Also I noticed customers trying to get into the building as I was leaving, but apparently someone had locked the dining room door so no other customers could get in. It was only 7:00pm on a Saturday night and was not overly busy. There were two other families sitting down eating while I was there, so I don't see any reason to lock the dining room for other customers. I went ahead and let the customers in as I was leaving as they also didn't understand why the doors were locked. I really do not appreciate the out right rude attitudes from the employees at this location. Perhaps they are over worked I guess, but I also work in a retail atmosphere, and I would never take that out on the customers. KFC I really would like to see you get your act together in the United States. You have great food to eat and a nice atmosphere in your stores, but the service I've received lately from several different locations is sub par. Particularly the Outer Loop location."

"I went to the Outerloop location today at noon. Sat at drive through for about 10 minutes with no response. Drove around to the window honked but no one. Then I saw I believe an employee and manager and I was just ignored. Then I honked again and the Mgr finally came to the window to let me know they wouldn't be open for another 10 minutes. They could have put a sign at drive through instead of ignoring people. So I left and there were 6 cars just sitting there. I do understand things happen, but you just don't ignore your customers. Horrible customer service and i won't be going back. I ended up going to Hillview and they were amazing."

"Great food. Fairly quick service. They have messed my food up a time or two but always good service. I feel like over time their prices have gotten a bit up there compared to competitors. I just paid $20 for 8 tenders..... but not the workers fault... oh and also they have been out of Pepsi a couple of times so... that's not cool."

"We've tried to eat here over several days. Sunday afternoon September 17 2023. The drive thru line was just not moving. A lot of people were waiting, and the few people that left after eating didn't seem unhappy."
