"I was charged twice in my order. I politely talked to a manager or managers assistant but they say they can't do nothing about the matter. Low class service from this place. My track record with BWW till today was good service. This location has the wtlring personal."
"Not actually operating as a BWW "GO". The lockers are not in use, nor is the screen that is supposed to display if your order is ready or not. All of the functions of a "GO" are not being used, which defeats the purpose of this place. You will have to go to the counter and yell to the back to get service and/or check your order because they are not attending the front. Plus, my order was missing sauces and a side I paid for. No fries. An order "ready for 7:00" wasn't received until close to 7:30.. Wouldn't go back."
"I’ve taken out once and dined in with family twice. I must say this place if perfect for a quiet dine in to avoid the restaurant. (Only 2 four /2 two seating table)Wings and wedges crispy(which is what I love the most)!! Each time Ramiro has always brought out the food and has hands down world class customer service. This world needs more employees like himself!"
