Chipotle Mexican Grill 1075 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40204

"I have to drive an hour to get my craving of chipotle. When I arrived there were some remnants of the protein that I craved (steak). I was told there wouldnt be anymore coming up for the night so i opted to wait on the fresh chicken that was being grilled. Tony, the new manager was so kind and showed me the steak from the to go station to see of it met my standards so I didnt have to wait. I was so glad because my taste buds were craving steak. We chit chatted with some back and forth wittiness and he was a hoot! He said give him a few weeks and his store would be better. I told him “I’d be waiting!”. Thank you Tony for being so great! You will thrive in your position!"

"I can never seem to get an honest portion at this store. Today really sent me a good 1/4 of my burrito got squished out by the person making it and I apparently dont get to keep that even though I paid for it. I ordered a large bag of chips and theres literally barely any chips in it at all??? See attached photo Come on guys im not askijg for freebies but if youre going to nickle and dime me im gonna stop coming"

"I’ve always been true to this location…it’s my stop almost every Tuesday. My boyfriend took me here today after a horrible experience at the ER..got home and opened my guac, found a roach in it. I thought it might have been some barbacoa but upon further inspection it does indeed have legs and eyes. I don’t need a refund or free meal, more disappointed because this ruined my favorite spot forever."

"We ordered chips and guac with our bowls, and they told us they were out of guacamole. There was a massive tub of guacamole right next to them and when we pointed it out, they said it’s only for door dash orders. We can’t have any. We get our food and chips, and NOTHING is seasoned. This is the third visit in a row we’ve had a problem with this particular location having terrible tasting food. They didn’t even put salt on the chips. (Pictured below) The chicken has no flavor. My husband ordered steak and his bowl had cubes of solid fat in it. (Pictured below) yes, that’s “steak.” I couldn’t finish the meal despite how hungry I was because it was so gross. Keep driving, this location isn’t worth your money."

"We stopped in while driving through the area. The employees were super friendly. My daughter and I both got burrito bowls. The portion size was large but the amount of chicken was rather skimpy. Everything was pretty fresh. We got there not long after opening on a Sunday morning. Since we were on a road trip, we both hit the restroom. It was a mess."
