Breakfast AF

"Beautiful space. Attentive and patient staff. Even the busy lobby line went fast. The food took about 8m. I ordered a lot just because it was my first time. Very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the kitchen. Pancakes with pulled pork and a fried egg... not something I would have ever put together at home... but man, the pork is seasoned well and juicy, the fried egg was massive and PERFECTLY cooked, the pancake was hardy and almost had a cornbread taste which paired so well with the pork. The breakfast sandwich I tried was sausage, egg, cheese croissant. It was definitely a cut above fast food, but not particularly special. But it paired very well with my drink, a fun spin on a mudslide with an absurdly delicious and thick coffee foam. Never had anything like it and fell in love. The absolute star was the Brioche French Toast with what had to have been the best whipped cream I've ever had and fresh berries (blue, black, straw). Man, I could've had two orders of that and gorged. Allan, "the Allan from the door," was calm and quick and super friendly. And again, all during what must have been a hectic time. I could not have had a better experience and I'll be making this my weekend Brunch spot for the foreseeable future."

"Outstanding service, even during the bustling 11ish hours. The chicken and waffles stood out, with crispy chicken and perfectly crafted waffles. Don't overlook the enjoyable cheese grits. Louisville is truly a haven for foodies, offering a plethora of fantastic dining options to explore and savor."

"Do yourself a favor and skip the Waffle House. Breakfast AF is the place you want for an amazing breakfast. The chef makes all the jellies and personalized your breakfast place. Absolutely amazing breakfast from the eggs to the jellies. The multi grain bread is amazing with Blueberry bourbon pecan jelly or the hot pepper bacon jelly and those hash brown kegs. I wish I would have taken a picture but guys I am telling you do your belly a favor and try the guys. I promise you will not be disappointed. The guys that run this sweet little place were the most humble and hospitality you could ask for. Special treat that they shared with us banana pudding not only with vanilla but white chocolate incorporated. I wish there were 10 stars to give them! I did not try the shrimp and grit but I did lay my eyes on a bowl my mouth watered."

The atmosphere, staff, and food is wonderful and is what you SHOULD expect from any dining experience. If you haven’t stopped by here yet, don’t wait another day!"

"We had an amazing brunch. Sat next to a couple and had wonderful conversation. My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed everything we purchased. My daughter raved over how soft her croissant was. I absolutely love their grits. The avocado toast was very tasty. The short rib sandwich was good, but it was missing something. It was my 1st time trying vegan bacon. It taste like freeze dried, well done turkey bacon. So needless to say, if you're vegan, but need a fix, it'll definitely do the trick. Enjoy!"
