Would rather chat & giggle with their other coworkers than help with customers waiting to check out. 09/03/2023 When I asked if anyone was working the registers, one of the employees said to me in a fake nice voice “they’ll be right with you” & rolled her eyes to her coworker after. Another employee came to ring me up but did not know what she was doing & had to keep asking the same worker who had just rolled her eyes for help. I understand being a new worker, but please get some training done beforehand to keep customers happy. Had multiple customers who checked out after me also looking displeased with their shopping experience."

"The customer service at this company is rude and ended the chat with me. I simply asked for a return label for a product I received that was the correct size but defective in length. She told me that return labels aren't issued for me changing my mind. Before I could clarify, she said, "I am ending this chat so I can help another customer" even thought just before that she asked, "is there anything else I can help you with". Before I could say yes she dropped the chat. I attempted to contact another agent to have this issue resolved and was dismissed prematurely again. I have never had such a horrendous experience trying to simply get a return label. This poorly managed customer service office has managed to lose a customer for life in 15 minutes time. Perhaps some additional training on kindness and professionalism is in order. I'd recommend not shopping here if you may possibly need to return any items that don't fit, are the wrong size, or are just not what you had expected. The return policy simply covers damaged and defective items - and who expects that when they order something? No thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere."
