Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi

"I went on Sunday for a tuna roll snack. It was excellent. Fresh, correctly sized and balanced with the rice and nori. Made me want another one but I was watching calories. On Monday I went back to try the Ramen because the owner shared with me how the broth is made. It did not disappoint. Picture attached. The atmosphere is super clean, almost lab clean which is different but I don't dislike it. It will be a hopping place soon. Go check it out before it gets busy. The food is great."

"The atmosphere was a modern, light colored dining room. Seating was intimate but comfortable. The sever was very nice and helpful. For a table of four our food came quickly. The sushi was a great price per roll and was very flavorful. The ramen came in a large portion and was full of flavor and toppings. The restaurant was mildly busy with tables coming and going. Overall good experience and atmosphere, would definitely recommend!"

"This place Is such a chill, warm atmosphere and definitely a place to hangout at and eat good food. The ramen Is really delicious and the sushi was a 10. Such a good food spot! And the service is great and the staff are so nice."

"Let’s start with the most positive things first. Tried the house Hokkaido Milk Tea and Taro Milk both without boba, they were both delicious. The Hokkaido Classic Poke Bowl had wonderful flavor and big pieces of fresh fish. We ordered the house roll raw and it was yummy. The Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen had a great base and flavor, the noodles were made in house and perfect. The only thing I had an issue with was the bamboo shoots, they were sweet and totally threw off the flavor of the ramen. Overall a pleasant experience however probably would not revisit."

"So excited to have a place here in the south. Pricing was great. Service was great. Food is overall solid. Nice and spacious ambiance. Really liked the Ikageso (Calamari) Karaage, gyoza, and Takoyaki Octopus. The ramen was solid, could get a little more flavor, the poached egg could be done a little better (slightly over cooked). Will be back to try more along the way."
