"The new double big Mac. The sandwich had 4 patties, no bigger the single big Mac. I thought the patties were going to be bigger. I was a little disappointed, but it is what it is."
"Wasn't to shabby. I done a mobile order and had to give them a number for parking and I gave number 13. To my surprise numbers only went to 9. Therefore I had to walk in to get my order. They need to work on the numbers. Otherwise they are ok."
"Dinner time. The cashier didn't fill my cup, so I asked if she could please. She made an excuse, then she got mad because I told her there's a fountain machine behind her in the lobby. Since COVID, 116you can kiss customer service goodbye. There's none or soon to be none."
"Rude as heck. I didn't even eat here because their dining was closed nearly an hour after it was supposed to be open. And when I simply as a worker walking up of it was going to be open soon she snapped and jumped all over me saying she didn't like how I asked. When all I did was ask a simple question. Your workers are the face of your business. As a chef of 26 years, of anyone on my team spoke to a customer like that they would be gone. End of story."
