"Long John silver's in Lonoke area has got the worst service that I have Seen in a fast food restaurant in years. I've waited over six minutes at the drive through to place. Several cars have backed up by me."

"We dined in on 1/4/24 around 4pm. The food was perfectly fine. No issues there. They did have a B rating from the health dept on the door. The dining room however looked like it was covered in grease. The windows, the tables, the bottles of condiments all covered in greasy finger prints. We were greeted by an older lady that took our order. She was very friendly. However there were two younger girls that were bagging orders that were so rude. We ordered our food for dine in and got it no problem. At least 20 customer’s came in while we were eating, and the African American girl behind the counter gave them dirty looks and yelled at the customers telling them carry out only. The customers as well as us, were all confused because they allowed us to eat in the dining room but no one else. And don’t ask for condiments. You will be met with an aggravated expression, and while a girl was getting honey mustard she took it upon herself to wipe her nose with the top of her hand. Meanwhile, he face and arms were covered in open sores. Like I said the food was as expected, but the service and cleanliness of the dining room and behind the front counter will turn you off from the place. I did do a survey off the receipt as well. I would suggest drive thru in the future."

"Food was ok, but I only had the Long John Silver menu, service could use improvement, Atmosphere was the worst thing about my visit. I dined in. The dinning area was pretty dirty, had to look around for a clean table, the booth seats were ripped and worn out, the whole dinning area is past due for a remodeling. Zero condiments accessible other than the hot sauce and malt vinegar on the tables and they could use a good cleaning, I am assuming the health inspector passed this location so it must be good enough. But other than that its ok, I recommend using the drive through. I'll add photos to this review on my next visit."

"This was a Long John Silvers/A&W combo, nothing wrong with that. They were out of burgers for aw, chichen and greenbeans for ljs. The staff seems bored and unenthusiastic."

"This is a Long John Silver's and A&W. I only ever eat the Long John Silver's. Last time I went they were out of several menu items, including root beer. I recommend getting the clams extra well done, I don't think they cook them long enough. I have never seen someone get a burger there and like it but I've personally never tried one."
