"I’ve always been a big fan of Chong’s,they have the best egg rolls you can find in the area. My favorite go-to is always the Beef Lo Mein, we tried the lunch portions, which was still a decent portion of food. It’s usually really good, I like theirs because it’s usually not as greasy as other Chinese restaurants, but today it seemed more bland than usual. It was still good, just not the best I’ve had from there."

"The service is good, the food is good, but not typical Chinese food. Chong's was the first/main Chinese restaurant in Paducah decades ago and because of this it is a local favorite. People from out of town often do not like it because the names of the dishes are familiar, but they taste very different. I guess the best way to describe Chong's is it is "Chinese Food - Paducah style". The Ham Fried Rice is very good, but if you are wanting Chinese food similar to other Chinese restaurants around the country, look else where. There are now multiple Chinese restaurants in Paducah."
