"I purchased an F250 six months ago and planned on buying a fifth wheel trailer. Life can change on a dime. I injured my neck and had to have surgery fusing most of it and limiting what I’ll be able to do. "New vehicle buying experience from out of state. Five stars for Allyn, my sales rep. He was easy to work with, no pressure tactics, and great follow up to make sure everything went well with my Lightning purchase. Not to mention, they had the best price in the country for the vehicle I purchased. The rest of the team I encountered was very friendly and easy to work with. Trade in was straight forward, and although we did find a minor issue upon bringing my car in that slightly lowered the trade in value; it really was an oversight on my part, and they managed it in a fair fashion which I was grateful for; especially for someone who drove a couple of hours to get there. We had a minor hiccup with the new vehicle I came to pick up; but they figured out a game plan, and went out of their way to make things right. The way I see it; it's easy to get 5 stars when things go right, but I'm more impressed by a business that can handle a problem well and do right by the customer. I've had some follow up questions, and Allyn still gets back to me promptly with what I need. Out of state buyers, I wouldn't hesitate to trust these guys if you plan to make a purchase from them."
