Papa Johns Pizza

"I've literally had cardboard with more flavor they messed up my order and told me I could come in the next day for it to be fixed and honestly I'd rather not"

"They really need help. My stuffed crust pizza had no toppings that I ordered on it. The cheese sticks were *barely* covered in cheese and had spots were it was literally just crust where cheese was supposed to be...other pizzas were super bland and tasted like cardboard. Ridiculous. I spent almost $50 on this order to just throw it all away. I love Papa John's but will never go back to this store. Waste of time and money. Pathetic."

"I bought the special with 2 large pizzas with light sauce and one with pepperoni and spicy sausage and cheese and the other one was bacon and mushrooms and cheese and but it didn't taste good as good as it should've..... I called the manager and they didn't get it straight with me on it and now I won't be buying anything from them anymore..."

"Since their drivers have been short staffed they been outsourcing drivers our pizza had majority of our toppings in the box. They didn't see this as a issue and hung up"

"Tried to call to place an order for pick up for one pizza and some wings it was 815 on a Tuesday and they closed at nine well I called the first time and they put me on hold immediately without saying anything so I called back two or three more times and the same thing continued to happen. So I decided to just go ahead and drive to the store to place the order. When I got there i witnessed the cashier answer the phone and immediately put the person calling on hold without saying a word. She did this about 5 times while I waited for my food. Mind you, they were not busy at all I only saw one other order on the screen. So no excuse. While waiting outside the door for my food to finish I also overheard the employees inside cussing and complaining about having to make my order. I will not ever order from this store again."
