"I've eaten here several times, takeout and dine in, and the food is always good. I've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and no matter what I get it's always made how I ask for it. The waitresses are always nice and attentive."
"The service was great! Bless the waitress's heart but my burger came out well before my fries. Ended up finishing the burger well before the fries made it and was ready to pay for our food. Beyond that, it was not bad for a first-time try."
"I love the homey, country kitchen atmosphere and the long list of specials and PIES and other desserts. The breakfast biscuits are the most tasty I've had. Ever. The service is friendly but for some reason, 2 of 3 times my husband and I went for a meal, his food didn't come when mine did, or when our other guests got theirs. He hadn't ordered anything special -- a burger or something -- but we were pretty much done eating. So I can't explain it."
"I am so disappointed! I spent over $220 for breakfast for 6 people ordered it as delivery as my vehicle is in the shop. We ordered 2 country fried steak and egg plates with orange juice, 4 spam and egg plates( each plate had 2 paper thin slices of spam but the plates were $11.51 a piece????), 1 large grits and 4 small grits(they werent cooked all the way still partially raw), fried bologna(ended up being given 1 lonely slice of bologna for $5 something), 1 country ham not the half piece(I state this because for $10.79 a piece it was the thinnest driest piece of meat ive ever seen in my life to be priced so high next to the spam we also receivedin the other plates, youd expect it to be thicker at least), 5 orders of rasin toast (only recieved 6 pieces cut in half), a peach pie which was good but high priced at $22, an order of peaches and cottage cheese which was fine, but let's talk about the biscuits and gravy that came with the meals....why were the gravy cups barely half full? Not quite enough gravy for the 12 biscuits that we got with the meals also the hashbrowns, which had I known I wouldn't have ordered, are like the frozen hash brown patties that you get at McDonald's and for 3 something a piece? This is my first time ever ordering from here and I am not at all happy about it! Not for over $200 it wasn't even maybe 60 bucks worth of food. I'm posting pic's to show what I'm talking about but my kids ate the spam before I could take pictures of that but country ham pic's are there to show how thin, the spam was thinner and for the price that's ridiculous! Overall i don't believe I will be ordering here again unless quite a few things are addressed. Sad because from the reviews and raves on this restaurant I was excited to give them a try. Edited to add* Y'all the pie was awesome though!"
