"First time I ordered boneless wings and I was very disappointed. The wings were super dry and were nothing but breading and not much chicken. I called and asked if I could take back the order, exchange them for bone-in, and pay the difference, but the manager by the name of Juan refused and only offered for me to place the order again and pay full price. He said that they will lose money if he replaced the order even though I pay the difference. I guess losing a repeating customer for a six dollar difference is an acceptable price. I work in customer service and I believe taking a loss one time is better than losing a repeating customer for life."

"This is by far the worst Wingstop. Unless you order your wings extra wet, they will not fulfill the level of expectation you have for your meal. Four times out of five you will get soggy fries; I'm starting to believe they refry them about seven times before giving them to you. The most personal blasphemy of this Wingstop is the fact that they do not know how to keep their ranch cold! Minus well call it gravy for crying out loud. South most wing stop has a lot of potential because the atmosphere here is a very home-friendly one and the service is on spot, but they really gots to learn how to cook em fries and keep that dressing cold."

"The food was great but the waiting was really uncomfortable. The supervisor or kitchen manager was very loud and rude to the employees. Getting after them while customers are standing right infront listening to everything. There is a way to correct people. I felt sorry for the staff."

"Lemon-Pepper wings are delicious. The plain chicken strips are good too. If you order online before you go, your order will come out sooner."
