"I didn't notice until we were walking out but they have fly paper in the window of the entry way that was overloaded and looked nasty. It was $31 for my wife and I to dine in. I normally like the selection of pizza on the buffet and, if you want something different to be put out they generally get it done rather quickly. However, this time my wife requested a BBQ chicken pizza and after waiting nearly 30 minutes and asking twice it finally came out. The girls up front were steadily checking their phones or just standing around chit chatting and seemingly ignoring customers all together. I mean don't get me wrong, it wasn't a horrible experience. With some slight changes it could be better. 1. Get employees off the phone while up front behind the counter. If you must check, step in the back but make sure the front is not left unattended. 2. I understand the price of everything is going up but, 31 bucks for 2 people is a little steep for the quality of food being produced. 3. Got up to get a drink and for the amount of employees you had standing around not doing anything, there shouldn't have been stacks of empty plates on everyone's table. Cut your overhead and let some of those employees go home early."
"There are too many servers behind the counter doing nothing. They are not cleaning the dining room. The shakers are near empty. They were spending more time eating the food than working. This place has really gone down hill."
