"Have to give kudos to the staff at this location. Originally had been overcharged for my family’s meal, but they very quickly came out and explained the error and corrected the situation. Even went above and WAY beyond expectations by refunding the entire order and giving multiple free drink coupons despite me assuring them that it wasn’t necessary to go to those lengths. This just shows how much they actually care about customer service and I applaud them for their efforts."

"I had the best customer service out of any Sonic I've ever been to. Patricia was so nice and patient, even with my kids interrupting me a bunch. Then Heaven, who delivered my food, offered to go get even more napkins after she had already made sure some were in the bag. It felt like she was truly eager to help me and to get anything I needed. She got them so fast too. Best and nicest Sonic team I've ever met"
