"Made an appointment an entire MONTH out to have my radio installed. I missed work and showed up on the day of my appointment like a respectful adult trying to conduct business. I guess the old guy didnt feel like working today so he said there was no appointment. Very rude and unprofessional. And with the new owner Chet Dukes I’ve heard nothing but good things about him so looked like custom audio is still in good hands. They really have the edge when it came to car audio over the prior car audio businesses from the same area they offer products for all different walks of life. You don’t have to be rich to shop there they have products for poor, middle class and high class customers where an older contender only served the rich and the middle class.
