"DO NOT GO HERE AFTER THE LUNCH RUSH!!! The food before and during the lunch rush is pretty good, and much like the lee’s I remember. After lunch, however, the food just plain sucks. Time and time again I come here because I get a craving for chicken, and the food is nasty. Chicken has been slimy, dry, unseasoned, and crusty on multiple occasions. And tonight they somehow managed to mess up potato wedges. They were undercooked and unseasoned. Biscuits still slap tho."

"Great tasting food but the portion sizes have gotten significantly smaller while prices have increased. Used to get 4 big pieces of fish in their catfish dinner, now it’s 3 smaller pieces. Used to get a ton of potato wedges, now they give few. And the cups of sides used to be filled to the brim, but now… well, take a look for yourself. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Placed an order at the drive through, drove to the pay window and they said they were out of original wings , I said then give me spicy, so she rang up my ticket and I paid with my card. Then she opened the window and said we don’t have any wings. So I ask for my money back. Some other woman came to do that. All said and done they charged me twice and gave me one return . Then I went back later when a different shift was working and got the problem solved. It did take a week for the charges to come off my account. My opinion chicken is great employees not do much."

"Lee’s spicy chicken is the real thing! It’s juicy and cooked just right, and their seasoning blend is hot, but not extreme. Not only that, they have chicken livers, cooked the way your grandma used to make them, soft and delicious and perfectly seasoned. The mac & cheese was a little ‘blah’ this trip but the green beans were excellent. With a sweet tea to sip on it’s a classic menu no chicken lover should miss."

"Do not go here!! In town for business and wanted to try some "famous" Lee's chicken. At first the customer service was terrible, the drive thru cashier was very rude and snapped at me about being out of Dr pepper, and then about what comes on a certain sandwich. When I got to my hotel to eat the famous chicken sandwich and fries they had slathered the sandwich with the sauce basically dripping out of the wrapping. Then I seen they only gave me 4 or 5 fries. Like the bottom of the boat fries that were old and extremely salty. Both young girls working seemed to be preoccupied with something else but serving customers with respect and courtesy was not on their agenda. I will never eat this particular restaurant again."
