"Ordered on app. Order not ready when we got there. 1 employee, had to wait. No personal pizza or churros. No cookies. Bread on sandwich was hard ( not toasted). Meatballs dry, sauceless and burnt. Couldn't refund items not available so asked for a ham sub extra meat. Only a thin layer of meat. Not the first time this location was out of stock on items, but will be my last time ordering here."

"This store location never puts fresh lettuce on my subs and they are always out of tomato's, when the Walmart location in the same town always has them. Terrible management, use fresh ingredients please. And when I call you to get my order fixed nobody answers the phone. Useless. They never read instructions on the subs. But Walmart location doesn't take the BOGO deals. Apps are a rip off."

"Expect a looooong wait for the most basic of sandwiches. There were no other customers in the store. Just making the 2 sandwiches in my order took almost 40 minutes. I should have spoken up but didn't know what to say. Hurry up!? Can I go behind the counter and make my own sandwiches? There were 2 employees- one who channeled his inner sloth and made the food and one who wandered around stocking chips. Anyway, don't expect online orders to be ready by the time on the app."

"They were having an employee meeting while my food was being made and the lady seemed more interested in what was being said in that meeting than what I was ordering. I had to keep repeating what I wanted while she stared over at the group of other workers."

"I overheard that the management takes tips from their employees to make up for missing money from other shifts! This is unfair! Also poor service, nasty lobby and not enough staff. People were walking out when the young man working alone was running out of items and became overwhelmed! This store needs new management and health dept. should be called in."
