"Ordered a couch, chair and a half, and a dining room set from this store. After SEVERAL months of waiting for my couch and chair and a half, I was told the original color I had ordered was going to take even longer to come in. I was given the option of another color. At that point I wished I would have opted to get a refund because these couches are horrible quality. The cushions are pilling horribly and one of the arm rests has already lost it’s cushion. You can feel the wood directly underneath the fabric. To top it off, my dining room set was delivered but I was given only 3 out of 4 chairs. It’s been 7 months since I ordered this set. I was expected to pay full price for it, but was not given all of the pieces. Not once has Newby reached out to let me know that the fourth chair has come in. Unless you bug them day after day, you never know when or if you will get what you paid for. Seems like they could care less about whether or not you are a happy customer as long as they got their money."

"Nice place, great selection, very nice people. Went in to try to get a recliner for husband for Christmas. My CS is barely above 600. But I had been working on getting it better for a bit. Mr. Newby sat in two recliners for a bit and had an enjoyable conversation for a bit. My credit was declined the 1st time it was ran with one financer. Mr Newby helped me get approved and I was able to get the recliner in time for Christmas and my husband didn't suspect a thing. He loved it."
