"Went through drive ordered 2 quarter pounders this is what I got your McDonald's is a damn disgrace and a joke"
"If I could give them a zero I would! I have had issue after issue with this store. I order through the app a lot for ease of use and supposedly time. 9 times out of 10 when I order ahead I have to go inside to get my order, and they are the worst for acknowledging people waiting in there. Only twice have I dealt with people who care, both times a manager, otherwise you get attitude and your order screwed up. Then I've been sick so I ordered delivery. Twice they canceled my order, which is fine if they aren't offering that service or are too busy but be like other stores and turn off the option so people don't have their money taken then 3-5 business days to get it back! I've contacted the owner of the store. They apologize and offer incentives but nothing ever happens. This store needs revamped badly."
"So we pull up in the drive through. There’s a white sedan sitting at the order box. They just sit there. So we’re wondering WTH is taking them so long. I go to back up and use the other terminal. Then they drive off like they were pissed. They speed off so I just pull up to that same one. I’m sittting there for a couple minutes and I hear people talking over the speaker. So I say “are you taking orders?” And this girl jumps on w/ a HUGE attitude and says in a very snotty tone “order when you’re ready”. I look at my wife and she’s got this look like what even?! So I say “ya know what, I don’t like your attitude” and soon as I said that I hear the speaker shut off. So I just drove away as well. McDonald’s lost 2 sales in the matter of 2 min."
"Ordered a Big Mac Meal with a Diet Coke in the Drive Thru. They serve two cars on the inside line for every one car on the outside line. Needs improvement. The Big Mac had a half patty on it. It's one thing that these things are getting smaller by the year but at least don't give out half portions. Lastly, they mixed up the drink and gave me a Dr. Pepper."
