Domino's Pizza 451 South College Street, Harrodsburg, KY 40330

"My husband stopped in at the Domino's in Harrodsburg, KY tonight and ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. Since the first time we ordered these when they first opened at this location there wasn't much of the cheese steak on the sandwich the second time we ordered them we ask for extra cheese steak, well tonight when he ordered them with extra and were willing to pay for the extra cheese steak, he was told they couldn't do that. He called me and told me that, I told him to speak to a manager, he did, and they said they no longer had a button to push on the register to add extra. They fixed the sandwiches he brought them home I opened both sandwiches and the cheese was burnt to dark black on the complete sandwich, as well as a lot of the cheese steak itself. I told him to take them back to be redone. He went into the location and ask to speak to the manager and a different manager came over and looked at them and my husband told her he wanted them redone. No apology given because they were sent out like that just that they would redo the best they could and that was just the way the sandwiches are done. That's not true because the 1st and 2nd time we ordered t them they weren't burnt like that at all. He also learned that two different managers he talked to were assistant managers not the manager. If the food, they send out isn't eatable they not only cheat the customer they cheat the company when they lose the business because of bad reviews."

"I found a great deal on line, then ordered!! Ordering on line, was simple and easy!!. Food delivery was faster than it stated! The food was hot, and I tasted delicious!! Will definitely do this again...and soon!! #domino'syummy"

"First time getting Domino's and I regularly order from Little Caesars. The menu was pretty bad with random bits of Spanish mixed in with the English making it hard to understand; there should definitely be two separate menus for this reason. The pizza tasted ok. I ordered a thin crust but this was paper thin, too thin IMO. Pepperoni and cheese was good and the marinara was sweet/more ripe than I'm typically used to. A quarter of the pizza crust was also slightly burnt. The service was fast and helpful, I only had to wait >5 minutes. However at little Caesars you'd have about a 80% chance they'll have one hot and ready to go. Not too mention there was only one other person ahead of me; so your wait may vary. Overall I payed about $17 for they're medium (12 inches) which is very high for the size and quality of the pizza.. I can only imagine how much they're large or XL costs. I'll personally be sticking with Little Caesars."

"I ordered at least 50 dollars worth of food every Friday. This Friday was the worst service and food from there. Our order was fairly large and we accidentally left a pizza there. It was like pulling teeth to get it and when we did it was burnt and our cinnamon ball things was like they was over cooked as well. I won't be spending anymore of my money there do to staff being inconsiderate. Maybe retraining of staff is needed! We waited and was so happy to see Domino's came back to Harrodsburg just to be disappointed."

"So far not so good yet. Hopefully it gets better. Third day after opening I was unable to order online, had to order by phone which was a pain talking to a computer. Surprisingly got it correct but would not repeat order details. It said 15- 20 minutes. I live a few blocks away so I was there after 10 minutes. Then the cashier was had ring up dips separately..? Went straight home less than 5 minutes. The pizza was barely warm. It didn't even look great...lol I reheated it but Hopefully next time they get better."
