"Food is always cold and the drinks always taste like the machine needs to be changed. The line is always wrapped around the building because the service is so slow. And the hours listed say they are open until 3am yet they wouldn’t take our order and closed at 11:30 on a Saturday."

"I ordered using the app. Upon arrival I parked in the designated area for "Wendy's App orders". This area is in direct sight of person working drive through. I sat there 15 minutes then went and knocked on side door. Nothing. Then I walked up to the lady at the drive through window. She said you have to go through drive through to get your order. I said I've been sitting here 20 minutes now, and you could see me, that would have been nice to know. I get in the drive through, tell her I have an order through the app, took her awhile to come back and she says, when did you order it? I said by now, it's been at least 40 minutes. They actually find my food and it was right. In BARDSTOWN, THE APP DOES NOT SAVE YOU TIME."

"This is the SLOWEST drive thru I have ever been to. After 3 attempts, I was finally able to try this Wendy's - the first two tries, I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes without even getting to place an order, so I bailed. This time it was only a cool 20 minutes for "fast" food, which is about 4x slower than everywhere else in town. Honestly, the food wasn't bad - my burger was clearly made to order and the fries were fresh. It's just the absolutely insane drive thru times that would keep me from ever coming back here."

"I don't like to leave negative reviews often. The amount if food in our containers; or lack there of was ridiculous. I had 3 items left out. Had to come back after noticing that weren't there ( I was home). Disgusted with the lack of caring from 2 staff members"

"15 minutes in drive thru for a Frosty. Poor understaffed Wendy's. Two employees spent 10 minutes putting garbage in the dumpsters and sharing a cigarette then one went inside and apparently claimed she was being overworked and left for the day. The rest of the undermanned staff seemed relieved when she left. I think she was more a burden than help. The two I saw working (I was outside) were pleasant despite the lack of help. The Frosty was great."
