"They suddenly charge $3 for a water cup, the service is terrible and slow, the wings are mediocre and get smaller every time I go. There is never enough sauce so you get dry wings and the sauce is underwhelming flavor wise. Everything is overpriced and not worth the money. This company clearly cares only about profit and squeezing every last dime out of you during a time when most Americans are already on tight budgets. Better places to eat and support. There is no trash can inside but they have inside tables so you'll just find trash sitting places. I don't think they actually want customers eating inside, though. Either way, will not be returning."
"Wings are on point some times but service and following food orders can use some work. I asked for extra fry seasoning multiple times and got fries with no seasoning at all."
"Ordered food off of their website. Driver delivered food but not drinks. Called store to let them know and they said it has nothing to do with them it was either DoorDash or Uber that delivered my food to contact them. How am I supposed to know who they use to deliver my food? I ordered off of wingstop site it never said anything about using a third party to deliver. Extremely unprofessional telling me it’s my fault when I had no control or knowledge about who you use to deliver and then telling me to figure it out. Will never eat there again."
"Outerloop in Louisville...Don't waist your time with this place. We ordered 20 PC boneless and 6 PC boneless wings meal and we got what looked like the bottom of the bag Crumbs. Called the next day to to see if we could get it fixed but because we didn't have the food to return because it was the next day since we work late and they closed they wouldn't replace it or refund the the money. Didn't seem to care that I said we won't be back or that we were gonna take our business elsewhere. Just said ok.. Wouldn't even give the 1 star but they made me pick it to leave review"
