"Went in today to pick up some oil for my son’s vehicle. Woman was on the phone gossiping about another stores staffing issues. I waited for her to finish. After a couple minutes of listening to her gossip, I asked her about a brand of oil. She did not answer any type of questions for me, instead told me I needed to wait, she was on the phone. It was clear that she was not on the phone with a customer, but gossiping. Horrible customer service. I walked out and went somewhere that I could find good help. Very rude woman. Will never go back!"
