"This has been one of the worst dining out experiences. When we go to a chicken place we expect to have chicken, not just breading on two pieces of bread. There is nothing quality about the food they serve. This is the first time I've ever left a restaurant feeling like I had less in my stomach then when I did when I. Literally made me sick. On top of that you give a soggy fries. I feel sorry for anybody who went in there and ordered a whole entire meal for their family.. just a waste"

"Just tried to ask what was on a sandwich and either the speaker doesnt work great or they didnt understand me asked 4 times before i gave up and ordered something else. At the window i tried to ask the question again and just got blank stares, when asking if my drink could be changed they tried to refund me?. Like i was canceling my order and then waited at the window for 5 minutes and then told to wait in a space for longer. Never asked if i needed sauces or anything before sending me to a space to wait for my order."
"FLIES cooked/fryed IN my chicken tenders breading. Absolutely disgusting. The lady at the drive thru window was very rude. I’m a 1st Assistant Manager for a fast food restaurant and I get how tiring it can be at the end of your shift, but the customer service here was not at all pleasant. The General Manager/managers on duty should definitely look into how things are being prepped and ensuring lids are being kept on food items to keep flies and bugs from getting into them."
