"To the person that answered the phone, you are rude. You have a job in customer service and you should either act like it, or switch professions asap! Not that you'll do either of those things, especially without the prospect of a commission. (You're likely one of those salesmen that will do circus acts to get a sale, is what I pictured [from my previous employment at a dealership]) I was transfered, mid explanation of my issue, from the correct dealer-Ford, to the wrong one, fortunately, with very friendly employees. When asked if I wanted to be transferred back, I decided to call a different Ford dealer, entirely. Ridiculous. I know people have bad days, but if you work with the public and are representing the company you work for, you shouldn't be impatient or short. Another customer service employee, should NEVER have to feel obligated to apologize for your lack of personal work standards, not only putting a stressor on a good employee, and all the while wasting their time with a call that they never should have received to begin with. You're not only representing your company in a negative manner, you are also wasting the time of others that could be otherwise used for things considered productive."
