"Floor needed cleaning. It was very sticky. You could see footprints everywhere. Bathroom was clean. Servers were neat and friendly."

"Make sure you check your bag before leaving this Arby's drive thru window 4 sure...I was at this Arby's on preston hwy close to the Outer Loop about 11am on 1/16/24.. I ordered my son a large coke what appears to be a large curly fry and 2 Roast beefs, and me 2 beef and cheddars..22.00 dollars and some change..No receipt given back to show what was ordered..When I got home, I was missing a beef and cheedar wasn't pleased at all about the missing sandwich but had to get other things done more important to call about a missing sandwich..just make sure u get ur food all u ordered..."

"Was going to drive thru but decided to go in. The atmosphere was Great. Very clean The Employees were courteous and customer service was great. I ordered a roast beef combo with curly fries and a drink cost me almost $10. Unfortunately the curly Fries were stale and the Roast Beef sandwich was just plain. I always loved Arby’s food. Will definitely try a different location next time. Only because of the food."

"Ordered Mac n cheese bites and 2 beef and cheddars and 2 small jamocha shakes. Got home and the Mac n cheese bites were so burnt we could barely squeeze them between my fingers. The bottom bun on my beef and cheddar was tough as well. We called and the manager said they were supposed to be like that and there was nothing he could do on his end. Not looking for free food. We have plenty of money. And also my husband just got paid. We own our own business. I just believe in making a wrong right."

"Absolutely disgusting. Found a long hair in the middle of my sandwich. Took one bite and pulled a hair that was at least 18 inches long out of it. They also got my order wrong giving me incorrect items with my meal."
