"i’ve worked retail for over 5 years & i have bad days but never do i ever take it out on the customers. went in to return something and from the beginning everyone was very stand-off-ish. the manager knew i needed to return something and continued to just stand behind the register and stare at me and not ring me out. i also was trying to return a set that i paid $30 for & went home to try it on and it was see through. long story short, just don’t shop at this location or at aeropostale in general :-)"

"I needed help returning something young lady told me they did not sell tees like the one's I wanted to exchange. Yes just exchange. Now there was a younger young lady looked like she wanted to help but I felt she did not want to upset the manager at the moment. I explained all I wanted was an exchange my packages had not been opened. As I walked in she kinda bum rushed me kinda felt not wanted. I'll never return to that store!"

"I went in yesterday with my friend to buy some pants and the small curly haired girl at check out told us she cant sell us anything in the store without an email.then proceeded to make my friend go into her phone settings to find an old icloud email and i could see how uncomfortable my friend was . how can you tell a costumer they cant shop there with out an email!!"

"This place has the most rude employees ive ever interacted with. Now if you go in purchase and leave you'll be fine, but if you have questions about prices and want an explanation, have any problems with returns etc.... anything that takes up any of their time, you're in for a treat. They roll their eyes, breathe heavy, are abrupt and cold, smart alec, and if they don't have an answer they keep repeating themselves. They fail at communication. Big fail. I asked one once if I was stressing her out and she said yes! She was the manager lol. What a joke. Ive told the corporate office about their employees about 3 times now over the years and they continue to hire the most inadequate people. I hate dealing with them and if it wasn't the closest one to me I wouldn't. I love their clothes. I do not love the employees at all"

"Watch for the sales. The jeans have gotten more expensive but they run a lot of sales. The clearance section is nice. They usually have a lot to choose from with plenty of different sizes. The top racks are very high up so if you need something from the top you may have to wait a while for help."
