Pizza Hut

"So we order Pizza and get two pizzas. Our pizza were in the most unacceptable condition. They were smashed into the corner of the box. I ordered a well done cheese and it wasn't well done. On top of that after eating the pizza it made both my wife and I sick. Food poisoning is not fun. Ive never had an experience this bad. It's already bad enough that the pizza we usually get there is slimy and undercooked but this is enough to make me not want to come back."

"We had a great experience with Pizza Hut. Our food was really great, the ordering process was simple & the delivery time was very quick! Even the delivery driver added to the experience, by being very kind! Great job Pizza Hut!"

"Ordered delivery and my order was directed to DoorDash ten minutes after placing it. I order from the website specifically to avoid that. Food showed up cold because DoorDash drivers don't have warming cases for the pizza. At least warn me before I pay."

"Pizzas were not cooked all the way. We had to put them in the oven. They were half way cooked!! The center was cold. We ordered 2 Pepsi's and they didn't deliver them. Do not waste your time trying to call the store to speak to a manager. After we cooked our pizzas the rest of the way, 8 hours later we woke up with severe food poisoning. $70 for 2 under cooked large pizzas, and 2 missing Pepsi's. Such great customer service!"

"Ordered a pasta dinner and side for parents and door dash was the delivery service. Paid for the food and 18% gratuity for driver. After an hour the wrong food delivered to them. I text the Door dash driver and got a HAHHAHA reply. Good bye Pizza Hut .. after this being the 3rd time of this happening it’s not a mistake. It’s a habit"
