Shoe Show

"I went in for some Sketchers Work Shoes. Did not like the styles that they had."

"I walked in the store for shoes , and the whole store looks a mess , some boxes only had one shoe in there . the staff ( which at the time was a plus size black woman and a black male who seems to wear a durag were being racist and mocking chinese people very loudly when ordering their lunch . they didn’t even want to help cause when i asked the lady huffed n puffed and then gon ask the male to help me and when the male tried to help he was no good , i had to settle for what i already saw which was sad. this place needs better employees who actually going to work and be friendly, it’s so off putting in the building."

"I shopped here with my mom yesterday. The staff were very unfriendly and talked very loudly about wanting all the customers to leave. This was 3 hours before the store was set to close. I felt like I was being forced to hurry up and pick out my shoes and leave.The only person who was friendly to us was the lady at the counter. Also, we were stared at the whole time, but the guy with the locs and white shirt. I won't be sending my hard earned money here ever again!"

"We visited the store, and the sellers and the cashier were fatal, they attended us, they behaved in an arrogant way, very bad customer service. They should put people who do want to attend the store as it should, more empathy for customers"

"This is the worst shoe show I've ever been in and will not be going back. Most of the shoe boxes didn't even have shoes in them so you had to look in other boxes to find the right size and shoe. The lady's working acted like they had no sense and hooped and hollered like they were just hanging out instead of working or helping customers. Corporate should really seek new management but I highly doubt this review will been seen as anything other than a customer who didn't get thier way, which is not the case because my husband who has more patience with ignorance then me, did get my nephew shoes but only after waiting 40 minutes. I never leave reviews especially a bad one but this place is beyond ridiculous."
