PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING, AND HERE YOU ARE FORCING PEOPLE TO SPEND AT YOUR STORE, WEATHER THEY WANT TO OR NOT, BECAUSE ONCE PURCHASED, YOU HAVE TO TAKE A GIFT CARD FOR YOUR STORE ONLY!! "Called to ask a question, the person, meka or neka immediately said to me, and I quote," get your face of the phone and let's try that again" very rude, when I had the phone on speaker a foot away..point is, stereotypical ghetto, rude all bcs she could understand what i was saying, all in about 3 seconds?? So imagine my customer service if I went there. I bet no repercussions, bcs she wouldn't have acted like that unless she already knows she can do what she wants. I just looked at other reviews, and all of the bad ones say similar horrible customer service, and even the good ones say price and things are good... Not CS."
