"Terrible experience here. Very unorganized and a lack of competence from the employees at this store. Was given information about refunds that did not align with the actual policy which prevented me from getting my money back. Spend your dollars somewhere else."

"They need to carry more large men's sizes 3 and 4x especially in boxer underwear not boxer briefs not tighty whities boxers for the big guys. My son is 6'3" 320 lb all big guy and I couldn't find one pack of underwear for him for Christmas there or Walmart let's just throw that in there. Not a horrible experience I did find some things I just wish I could have wrapped it up there."

"I recently was shopping at this location i had not been since last Christmas season. They actually had very good pricing on name brand clothing it reminds me of value city before they sold the department store portion. Burlington on Dixie Hwy was a good stop for great value and pretty good selection. Definitely will be back ."

"Not sure what's going on on this store. The place is a huge mess. First thing you notice just crossing the entrance is the bad smell, moldy and old. The items are spread accros the floor and some aisles are completely blocked by the objects covering the floor. In those areas were the floor is carpeted the big stains are really disgusting. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Photos attached. On top of that, only 2 slow cashiers that couldn't stop chatting between them, and a very long line."
