"It is an airport, so no space & no atmosphere. They prefer to use App to order. It did work. Waitress was functional, nothing more than the basics. Pizza was under cooked, raw dough on bottom. Remade quickly and correctly."
"If you’ve got 2 hours to wait at the airport, it’s probably fine. But walked past the table 3 times with “I’ll get you in a minute”. Never even took a drink order."
"A few lessons in customer service and southern hospitality may be in order. Standing in the entry waiting for a table and the waitperson walked by me a few times serving drinks. As she was busy I didn’t stop or bother her. When she stopped near me, for a moment, I asked if I could just sit anywhere. Her rude response, “You can sit anywhere you want. You were just standing there, so I didn’t know what you wanted.” Gee, you see and walk past a person standing in the entry of restaurant for a number of minutes, wouldn’t common sense be to ask if they were needing something? If actually talking to patrons is too much, maybe a sign that says, “please seat yourself” so people aren’t “just standing there” might be a great idea."
"The food was okay - not really equivalent to the price, but it was a nice place to sit while waiting for a flight. The soup was better than I thought it would be. So were the arancini. The "mariana sauce" to dip in was basically just smashed tomatoes. While the wedge salad wasn't bad, it was not worth the price at all. I will say the margarita was very nice though."
"I ordered the Butchertown pizza. The from the cheese, to the perfectly baked crust, it was delicious. The staff recognized you within seconds of standing by waiting to be seated. Friendly staff, after my first slice, I was asked if the pizza was to my liking. That makes a difference to what I look for in a restaurant. If you are by Gates B, I recommend investing in this pallet experience."
