"We ordered online for carry-out, and it just so happens the stores internet went down, so our order apparently didn't make it to the store even though we got a confirmation email. We got there to pick it up, and of course, they had no order for us. They took our order, we had to wait 35 minutes, no discount. I understand sometimes the internet goes out, but at least a discount would have been nice for our inconvenience. The staff was nice but the place was a mess, they have a somewhat open kitchen, but they were busy. I will probably never order from this location again."
