"I bought a refrigerator a few months ago. I was very reluctant to buy used again since my last one never froze ice cream. I went in on a Friday afternoon and didn’t expect anything to happen that day. The ladies working were very nice and helpful. Called John the owner and after explaining my situation he had the guys deliver it that day. By the time I had taken my mom home and gotten home myself they were there. I even told John if he took my old one he could hopefully fix it and resell it. So they hauled my old one off too. And I can now have ice cream again!!"

"Typical Radcliff small business owner. I tried to sell a front load dryer. Dropped it off. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. (Great customer service) Needed a $15 part. Dryer was $600 new asked $100 for it. The owner acted like I was putting him over a barrel. He doesn't buy appliances. He wants you to give them to him for free to he can resale them like he works for Goodwill."
