"They shut my phone off again after paying the bill on the 30th Nov on Dec 3 Metro shut all 3 phones off I went in to Metro after loosing a important job and not receiving the call because Metro shut are phones off after we paid the bill. Metro we are done with you. That last $50 we paid to get are phones turned back on. We hope you enjoy it because we jest went with another phone carrier GOOD BY. Start doing BETTER BUSINESS"
"Small, smells like mildew, the man working there was ok. No matter what location we go to these workers seem to be con artists though. Always charging for ANYTHING extra if they can get away with it. Probably trained that way."
