"188 S Dixie blvd Radcliff ky Prejudice, waiter and waitress we entered the restaurant about 5:45 am 2/24/24 they acted like they didn’t want to wait on us. After we finally ordered our food we waited and waited, then two white guys came in waitress ran to their table and took their order. Noticed we only ordered grits and sandwich, but lo and behold the white guys ordered a complete meal and got their food before we did. Keep in mind we ordered way before they even entered the restaurant. Corporate rewind the cameras back and see the truth Prejudice and lack of respect . First come first serve the customer is always right. Will be in contact with corporate about yall people skills"

"I love Waffle House. This one was great. There was an issue with putting in my order but it didn't bother me in any way. I was in no rush at all. Staff was friendly. Food was great. My appetite was bigger than my stomach so I got a to go box. I WILL be back to get my triple stack and sides"

"I've eaten here before and everything was delicious. This time, however, not so much. I won't say it wasn't good, but it just wasn't to my preferences. I will go back again, but I think I will try something different next time. I love my bacon crispy, but what I received was chewy and a little greasy. I also love my hashbrowns crispy, but what i got this time was also greasy and no crispness at all. The waitress was very friendly and efficient."

"This waffle house is one that defies the reputation. It didn't smell like urine or vomit, and noone was fighting. It smelled like chocolate chip pancakes, and everyone was very polite. Yes, the floor was dirty, but the food was good. I ate every bite. I wish they had better hot sauce, not a tobasco fan, but I couldn't ask for a better waitress. Alyssa was very pleasant, always smiling, friendly and helpful. An exemplary waitress, thank you for your great service!"
