"My friend went in because two of her tires blew out within a year of purchase. She had a two year warranty and the refused to honour it. The manager was super rude and disrespectful to her too. I've worked in customer service for a LONG time, and this is DEFINITELY not the way to treat a customer. I mean, who laughs in someone's face when they're asking you to honor your warranty???"
