"Brought an older car to have brakes checked and an oil change. They are always honest and straightforward with what you bring a vehicle in for and things they see that might need work. They are also honest in letting you know when something isn’t urgent to repair. I feel they treat their customers with respect. Steve the manager is always very helpful and knowledgeable."

"Personal review: I took my personal car at 4:15pm on a Sunday when they close at 5pm. It had a very quickly leaking tire due to a crack. They had a new tire on my car and I was driving away at 4:45pm. Excellent service in a timely manner."

"Not impressed. Went in with low air pressure in a tire. They checked and found a screw in it. Could not fix it at that time. 8:30 am. Got an appointment for 3:00 pm. Took about 45 minutes to repair. The cost was $35+. The receipt was very confusing. One line stated “Total Service cost of $21.88. On the back page of the receipt the sub total was $33.xx plus some other fee with a total of 35.xx. I called and spoke with someone there for an explanation of the bill. After much back and forth conversation I was told to ignore the “Total cost” line. The actual cost was $35.xx. The staff were not rude but not very friendly and got a bit huffy when I didn’t understand how the receipt is structured. Bottom line I’m done with Ken Towery. TOO EXPENSIVE"

"I made an appointment to get a second opinion on my brakes after being told that I needed $1300 worth of work. Steven is who helped me, they got my car back on time, took off tires, and inspected all brakes. I had only needed rear brake pads., everything else was in good shape. I left praying under $250 for quality pads and work. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff, the efficient work, and most of all, honesty. I have already taken my car back due to a dying battery,. Again, honest, efficient, and great service. This is my car maintenance company now! Thank you for being a company I can trust."
