"We have our company meetings here now because they seem to care about other local businesses and work very hard. If something is wrong they fix it with a smile. Other local coffee places cannot make a good Latte so we were happy when Starbucks opened up in Radcliff. We now even bring our kids up to play cards on occasion and always feel welcome. Thank you to all of those working there for treating everyone with respect and kindness. I am sorry that you often have to deal with rude people it seems tact has gone away in this world. But you still have smiles and work hard. Thank you as well for supporting military families!"

"Very well put together, clean, and the best customer service out of all coffee places in Hardin County. Even when dealing with adverse conditions they rise above and do everything they can to make someone happy. It's unfortunate that they often have to deal with rude people but even after they still have a smile on their face. Only place in Radcliff that makes a real hot latte. Good tasting blessed caffination. Could not suggest them more."

"every single time that I've ordered the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew it does not come with the Pumpkin Spice Topping. The drink ALWAYS comes with the topping at any other Starbucks BUT this one!! Please just correct your mistakes."

"I understand that this is a new building but the fact that 2 days in a row my girlfriend has had to wait 30 minutes on her mobile order while others can come in and be served is a bit annoying. The E-town location can be backed up all the way around the store and still function in a timely manner. 3 customers at Radcliff and they act like it's mission impossible. On top of the 30 minute wait, the order was wrong. Every time."

"Very clean store, peaceful atmosphere, plenty of seating compared to other Starbucks. Baristas greeted me and were very nice. I enjoy coming here anytime I am near Radcliff. As a veteran, I can appreciate the decorations and wall of heroes on display. Definitely recommend. The manager was very helpful when I had a question, and she is also a military spouse, which was a nice hidden touch."
