"I took my son's car for the 15,000 mile inspection and found out there was a small oil leak. They couldn't look at it any further because "the guys were trying to close down for the day"...it was 4pm....They don't close until 6pm. I realize that there are other appointments, but one would think that an oil leak deserves extra attention. I was informed that the next available appointment is 2 weeks out. Hopefully this leak doesn't cause issues with the motor. On top of that, we were promised an extra key fob/key when we purchased the vehicle. I made an appointment not too long after we bought the vehicle for the fob/key. I have to drive almost an hour to get there. When I do get there, I am informed that they have the fob but not the key for the fob. Why would you not have both? Fast forward to 2 days before the 15,000 mile inspection, I call and make sure the key is there for the fob and am told that it is there. At this appointment, I am told that the key was given to someone just that morning and another will be ordered for me. I am beyond aggravated. I pray that the next appointment will fix these issues.....to be continued."
