"We had a fantastic experience with Dan Cummins, specifically with Nate, Ericka & Brenna! We came in on a Monday to test drive multiple vehicles & ask questions. We put a deposit down & took a couple days to think on it & during that time I was able to easily communicate with Nate for additional questions. We scheduled an appt for Saturday morning & Ericka was very accommodating & checked in to verify the time the day before. When we came in Saturday they were prepared for us, worked with me on answering paperwork questions, & they were so friendly! When we went back to financing we worked with Brenna & she was so personable. I never felt pressured to sign anything & was given time to read my paperwork. If I needed clarification on what I was signing, she was able to inform me. I was presented different warranty & protections I could add, but never felt like they added things without my knowledge or forced me to take things. They had relationships with multiple financials institutions which made for a quick process. When we finished signing they gave me an envelope with all my paperwork to keep. I haven’t been in a dealership or bought a vehicle in a long time and I was nervous going into it. To my surprise, it was nothing that I was expecting. The place was gorgeous, the people were nice, the website was easy to use, they had TONS of options, and I never felt pushed, which was huge for me. I ended up getting a great vehicle, perfect for my life and my dogs, and it wouldn’t have been possible without these people at Dan Cummins!"
