"Quick to charge card, but pulling teeth to get order update. Ordered part and card was charged 2/23 (confirmed). No follow up after initial confirmation that order was placed despite charge going through. Called 2/26 ("we'll get back to you in 2 days"), 2/28 ("we'll get back to you"), 3/1 ("we can get you a refund by 3/5. Do not charge back because I will win that fight.") to follow up. Said the one person doing online orders is in a conference and can't confirm whether or not part is in stock or shipping. Said they would follow up by 3/5. I think it's pretty unacceptable to take money and not provide ANY update via phone or email for over a week. If you only have 1 person to manage online orders, and that person is not in the office; then you should put a message saying it will be at least xx days until we get back to you. Or at least wait to charge the card until parts are confirmed ready to ship. I'm happy to be patient and give this company my business. I just want some form of communication or commitment."

"Went to Smokey Mountain Truck and Jeep Outfitters to have a leveling kit and new tires and wheels installed. They ordered everything quickly and kept me informed as to when it would all arrive. I was on a short timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, but they worked with me to ensure installation as quickly as possible. Stayed with the truck as they did the work and was out within 5 hours, just after lunch. I waited a few months prior to doing the survey because I wanted to be sure there were no issues. As expected, there have been no problems. Highly recommend Barry and the team to anyone who wants something done to their truck or Jeep."

"Price was good. During the sales consultation I was given options of how I wanted the product installed. After a short discussion, we decided on 1 port in the rear bumper and this was written into the work order. I showed up and there were two ports. However, Corey and Barry got this fixed for me and switched it over to a one port. Happy with the end result. I’ll be back!"
