"American home appliances helped me over the phone as I am disabled and unable to go to their store. He sent me photos of each stove I was looking at an answered all my questions within a short period of three days I now have my stove. Installed by two. Very nice gentleman. The power was not working when they initially installed it, checked the breakers and fix the problem. They leveled the stove as my floors are uneven, wonderful team would buy from again!"

"Bought a clothes dryer and it made noise. Called American and they had a very nice man here in an hour. He solved the problem and was very courteous. So I did 3 loads which took quite a while to dry. Called the store and in an hour the repairman looked at it and said that he couldn't find anything wrong but they would take it back and give me another one. Later I got a call that the machine was running well and that I might have a problem with the electric. Had it looked at and found that the problem was the electric. Texted the store and told them that it was my fault and that I would pay them for the cost of my mistake. They were very nice and said that they would like a good review, so here it is, these people are the most helpful and courteous people that I have done business with for years and I would definitely recommend American appliance to anyone who needs a good washer, dryer, or oven 100%"

"They have a huge selection of appliances. They have a thirty day warranty, but they will not answer the phone. If you buy from them be prepared to never get service over the phone. They have never called back or picked up the phone. It rings a couple times and then goes straight to voice mail. I have a fridge that I bought from them, that I need to have repaired and I’m going to have to go in this afternoon to try to get the issue resolved. ***UPDATE*** just had to pay for a repair out of pocket because I couldn’t get ahold of them."
