"i was lied to and told 4-6 weeks for my sectional to come in but usually it takes 2 weeks. not true. we find out this place is just a middleman so we could’ve went straight to Ashley home furniture and got it sooner. waited until the 7th week and got a call at 4pm to come pick it up. we got there within a reasonable time and we’re told the warehouse is closed and everyone left for the day so they can’t get it. apparently you have a very limited window to pick up that’s 10-5pm. walked in and everyone was sitting around not doing anything to help. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. You are better off buying at Ashley, Big Lots, or literally anything has better customer service."
